Born in Argentina, Ignacio built his career as a design leader and art director across Los Angeles, Detroit, and São Paulo. With over 15 years of experience spanning interactive design, branding, and product development for brands like Beats by Dre, L'Oréal, and Crate & Barrel, he brings a holistic design-driven approach to building marketplace experiences. Ignacio is also the founder of Builtwell, a design studio specializing in end-to-end brand experiences.

Katrin Gülzau

Co-Founder

Born in Germany, Katrin brings over 15 years of international finance and operations leadership across Europe, the US, and Latin America. She held director-level roles at Faurecia (Forvia), overseeing P&L for operations spanning 86 plants in 18 countries. Her expertise in strategic finance, operations controlling, and digital transformation brings operational excellence to every aspect of the platform.
