Async sidebar nav
Inspect
A room's sections as a desktop sidebar (account settings, Balance, sales and purchases), shown from lg up. Every row is a link that owns its navigation: its icon, or its count when it has no icon, turns into a spinner until its page lands. The caller keeps no pending state; it only says which row is lit. These rows are real: each one opens another page of the async family.
Examples
Mobile rows
Below lg the same sections are a list of full-width rows with a trailing chevron, rendered where the room's index lists its sections. They all link out, so none is lit.
Inspect
Skeleton
Both skeletons mirror their nav box for box, so nothing reflows when the real one resolves. The sidebar's is hidden below lg, like the sidebar.
