Inspect
A read-only progress indicator with completed / incomplete steps. Unlike Stepper, it has no active step and no interaction. Used for the onboarding setup nav. TrackerItem carries data-state="completed|incomplete"; TrackerIndicator takes a node, or a function of that state.
