Help feedback

Inspect

The question at the foot of every help article: "How helpful was this page?" on a five-face scale, worst to best. The parent owns the write through submitAction; the widget owns the transition and never makes the reader wait for it. A mark of 1 or 2 means the page failed the reader, so instead of a thank-you it opens the way to a person. Click a face above; reload to vote again.
